It's been the better part of a decade since I picked up a camera and began taking pictures of automobiles. Though it never amounted to much beyond a hobby, my passion for it has never dwindled and only now has it started to become something more. I find appeal in candids and shooting a car "as it sits."
Nevertheless, I started RENNWelt as a place to celebrate my love for German sports cars and it's very evident now that my love for cars extend far beyond its Teutonic variants.
This year has been a benchmark year in the types of cars I witnessed and experienced, and the types of images I was able to capture. Some of the cars shown here rekindled the very spark that ignited it all as a child. I'll let the pictures do the talking.
